Where ChatGPT custom connections are enabled, open Plugins, choose plus, and add the same server URL. A public directory listing is still in review, so use a permitted private or workspace install until that listing exists. Claude Code can load the plugin bundle or run the HTTP command below, then finish OAuth with /mcp.

The hosted server is https://mcp.getugcpilot.com/mcp. The transport is Streamable HTTP. Sign-in is OAuth with PKCE on https://mcp.getugcpilot.com. Put the URL in the client configuration and approve access in the browser. Do not paste an API key or access token into the chat.
The public tool reference lists 105 tools, grouped by the job they perform, with each name, description, and OAuth scope. A client can keep an older cached list until you start a new conversation.
It reads the signed-in account, plan, and credits, then creates images, short videos, speech, edit drafts, and exports when you ask. Generation uses that account's UGC Pilot plan and credits. You download the finished file and share it from the channel you already manage.
Claude on the web and desktop uses a custom connector. Codex uses ~/.codex/config.toml and an OAuth login. ChatGPT can add the same URL where custom MCP connections are enabled for the account. Claude Code can add the HTTP server or load the plugin bundle. Each person signs in to their own UGC Pilot account.
Connecting the server is included with the account. Image, video, speech, and some finishing work spend the credits on that account's plan. Read get_entitlements and get_capabilities before the first paid generation. The pricing page lists the trial and the paid plans.
