Choose a complete clip and its approved words
A meaningful wall-of-text breakdown shows the full approved overlay, its timing and the moving footage beneath it. Use an asset you own or have permission to show. A still image alone cannot establish that every line stays readable throughout the clip.
Mark reading and motion
Record the exact copy and actual start and end times. Note when hands, faces, interface elements or bright areas pass behind the text. Ask a reviewer to read the clip at normal speed on a phone and capture their real feedback without inventing a quote.
| Element | Question | Evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Copy | Are the exact words supported? | Approved overlay |
| Footage | Does motion hide the text? | Complete permissioned clip |
| Reading | Can the message be read? | Actual phone review |
Illustrative overlay
A fictional planning example might read “the call is over. the follow-up is tomorrow. open the project note and check the next step.” A calm workspace background could support the situation. This is a writing example, not an existing clip or a customer testimonial.
Present the evidence accurately
For a real breakdown include the permissioned clip, exact words, relevant annotated frames and the limitations of the review. Compare the export to the approved text and check rights for music and recognizable people. Do not claim a measured performance result that was not observed.
Copy the planning worksheet
Use this worksheet in your own notes. Fill it with verified product details and actual review observations before sharing an asset.
