Hold the product message constant
A useful emotion comparison changes the performance while keeping the opening words, product feature and proof consistent. Pick one supported claim and a real app action. An AI presenter can illustrate a reaction but must not impersonate a real customer or assert an invented experience.
Write three performance directions
For the fictional line “the next steps are right here,” plan a restrained surprised reaction, a curious lean toward the screen and a calm look of recognition. In each version, follow with the same real note and next-step section. These are directions, not recorded clips or tested results.
| Variant | Performance direction | Keep constant |
|---|---|---|
| Surprise | A restrained reaction | Opening and product proof |
| Curiosity | Lean toward the screen | Opening and product proof |
| Recognition | A calm expression | Opening and product proof |
Record the actual differences
Keep a version log with source, exact copy, visible action, timing and expression. Preserve the words exactly when comparing emotion; changing the claim or the screen at the same time makes the interpretation less clear. Use footage and people you have rights to use.
Review without inventing a winner
Ask an actual reviewer whether each opening feels natural and connects to the screen. Save real feedback and exports with permission. If later comparing platform results, document audience, timing and sample limits; a small or unequal sample cannot establish that an emotion caused a performance difference.
